Hello! As mentioned above, I'm a director, manager, and investor. I've been active on Roblox, Discord, and other platforms in all three roles, but management is what I specialise in.
My core belief is that the community comes first, above everything else. Their needs get met before anything trivial does, because a community is what makes a game. That's exactly why I manage communities and direct the games behind them.
Beyond that, I've invested in games and owned projects of my own over the years, some of which might ring a bell. These days, though, most of my time goes into the games I currently manage or direct.
The things I spend my time on, across communities and games.
Setting servers up from scratch, with channels, roles, and onboarding that actually make sense.
Keeping things ticking day to day, from moderation teams to entire games.
Holding the vision of a game and keeping the dev team pointed the same way.
Competitions and activities that keep a community alive, not just busy.
I've backed a few games over the years, and learned a lot about what makes a project sink or swim.
Keeping teams, timelines, and deliverables moving in the right direction.
